Increasing/decreasing subscription prices will effect your end users who have already purchased these subscriptions. Here's a breakdown on the policies applied depending on whether you want to increase or decrease the price point for each app store.
Decreasing: All subscribers currently paying a higher price will pay the new price.
Increasing: You will either have the option to:
- Keep current price for existing subscribers
- Apply price change to existing subscribers.Existing subscribers will have to agree to the new price before they're charged. If they don't agree, their subscriptions won't automatically renew.
If you are increasing a subscription price within the MAZ Dashboard, please also reach out to email@example.com with which option you would like to move forward with.
Decreasing: Existing subscribers will be notified and receive the lower price on their next renewal dat.
Increasing: Existing subscribers receiving a price increase will be notified of the price change 7 days from the date the price changes, and will have 30 days to accept or their subscription will be cancelled.
Decreasing: New and current subscribers pay the new price.
Increasing: Only new subscribers will pay the higher price, previous subscribers will continue to pay the original amount.
Decreasing: All users will be charged the new, lower price at the next billing cycle.
